SG Optical Sorting Machine is a double layer belt type color sorter. it features a horizontal transfer belt, which is designed to transport objects to be screened to the image acquisition area. The lateral transmission reduces collisions caused by vertical drops. How does it work? SG optical sorter uses advanced inspection technology, raw material transferred from one belt to other from the material hopper. When the material arrives at the end of the belt Captured by the LED illumination and CCD cameras. Meanwhile, Sensors diagnose the defective or fine particles and send accept or reject signal to the other end. When CPU receives the signal from the sensors, it controls ejectors to open or close the nozzles. Where all the material that does not meet pre-set criteria is removed and the acceptable material will be sent to going out for packaging during this process.   Structure   SG Optical Sorting Machine consists of ten key components as well. It includes a hopper, Vibratory Feeder, transfer belt, CCD camera, Sensor, CPU Board, LED light, ejector, air compressor and air filter.  

  1. Material Hopper: Both the original material and the second candidate material are starting from here.
  2. Vibratory Feeder: The branded vibrator ensures that the material slides evenly.
  3. Transfer Belt: Transfer the material to the specified location.
  4. CCD Camera with Sensor: Collect, identify the RGB information of the material, and send the relevant signal.

  6. CPU Boards: Read the Signal and Send out the commands;
  7. LED Light: Provides a stable cold light source.
  8. Ejector: Release the compressed air to change the movements’ routes of rejected materials;

  10. Filter: Remove impurities from the air to prevent solid impurities from clogging the nozzle of the valve.
