Sortex Optical Sorting Equipment is a 4 chutes machine that sorts and classifies materials based on their optical properties. It can automatically recognize the size, color, shape, and defect, and then decide to which should be remained and which should be eliminated. This kind of color sorting machine is widely used to small size materials such as rice, grains, tea, plastic, and another non-destructible product. Sortex Optical Sorting Equipment has two regular sorting modes, they are normal sorting mode and reverse sorting mode. Both modes are used to separate the good materials from the raw mixture. Normal sorting mode is better for a mixture containing a lower proportion of impurities. Sortex Optical Sorting Equipment requires an extra air compressor, air storage tank, Hoist, installation platform. The Hoist can carry the materials to the hopper and the installation platform give the sorting machine a specific height, which is a benefit for material collection.   Sortex Optical Sorting Equipment is a 4 chutes machine that sorts and classifies materials based on their optical properties. It can automatically recognize the size, color, shape, and defect, and then decide to which should be retained and which should be eliminated. This kind of color sorting machine is widely used to small size materials such as rice, grains, tea, plastic, and another non-destructible product.   Sortex Optical Sorting Equipment can perform sorting work 24 hours a day. The sorting ability will vary because of materials difference. The sorting capability is about 2 to 12ton depends on the material different types. The Sorting accuracy is closed to 99% and the carryover rate(good: bad) exceeds 10:1. The Carryover rate for rice can reach 80:1.   All Sortex Optical Sorting Equipment has two regular sorting modes, they are normal sorting mode and reverse sorting mode. Both modes are used to separate the good materials from the raw mixture. Normal sorting mode is better for a mixture containing a lower proportion of impurities. But the reverse sorting mode is suitable for mixtures containing a higher proportion of impurities. If used in conjunction with the hoist, we can use different sorting modes on the same color sorter twice. And this is very important for a complex mixture.   • Photoelectric system: the Photoelectric system is the core part of the color sorter. The photodetector can convert the reflected light of the material to be tested in the detection area into an electrical signal. Impurities and defects are identified by comparing the reference signals.

 

  • Sorting system: The sorting system consists of auxiliary fittings, finished tanks, jet valves, air compressors, and filters. Pneumatic nozzles come standard with nearly 200 nozzles, caliber only 2-3mm, high resolution, long life, and precise injection.

 

  • Electronic control system: The electronic control system consists of signal conditioning components, timing components, and microcomputer control systems.
